Cookie shipments are sent out on Mondays each week. If you are ordering on a Monday, please note that your delivery may be shipped the following week.
Return Policy
- All orders are final sale.
- If the cake/product does not meet your expectations upon pickup or delivery, we will offer a refund (minus 25% handling/cancelation fee). This refund will be given as a store credit (no cash/money refunds will be given)Note: In order to receive a refund in store credit, the cake must be returned. A refund will only be granted if you refuse to "accept" the cake at the time of pick up or delivery. We do not give refunds under any other circumstances or after you have left the premises with the cake.
